Q : How can I get my dog's vaccination records to you?
A : Whatever is easiest for you! Email, text, print, just as long as I receive them before our first scheduled session.
Q : How do I know what course suits my dog best?
A : I can dictate the most suitable course for your dog after a free scheduled consultation via phone call. During our evaluation I ask a series of questions regarding your dog's behavior and your desired outcome, so that we can choose the best course for you!
Q : What type of training methods do you use?
A : I use positive reinforcement (the addition of a reward), negative reinforcement (the removal of a punishment), positive punishment (the addition of a punishment), and negative punishment (the removal of a reward).
Q : Is there a cancellation fee?
A : No, but we highly request a 24-48 hour notice if a cancellation is needed.
Q : What E-Collar do you recommend we use?
A : I will ONLY ever use the Educator ET-300 Mini E-Collar. It provides up to 100 levels, multiple stimulation modes, 1/2 mile radius, and is water resistant... Click here to check out the E-Collar we will use with your dog... E-Collar Link
Q : Is my dog too old for training?
A : Unless your dog is suffering from health issues or physical/mental discomfort due to age, no dog is too old to develop new habits.
Q : How many years have you been training?
A : I started training dogs in 2021.
Q : What is the youngest aged puppy you will train?
A : 10 week old puppy with its required shots.
Q : I have a technical issue with the website who should I contact?

Q : I have a question about training and can't wait till my next session; what do I do?
A : Once you have completed your first scheduled session you will receive my contact information and have direct contact with me nearly all hours of the day.
Q : Do you accept tips?
A : If you insist... Then yes! Cash, Paypal, Venmo, or in person credit card payments would be accepted and very much appreciated!
Q : Will we work outside in extreme weather conditions?
A : If the outdoor conditions are unsafe in anyway; we will find an indoor alternative or reschedule.
Q : Do you do in home trainings?
A : Our main training location is via in and around your home, but I do offer to meet in the middle if the pet parents desired criteria is suitable.
Q : Will the E-Collar hurt my dog?
A : NO. We will never reach a level on the e-collar that causes pain. There is the potential that your dog feels discomfort and vocalizes that out of fear, in that case we lower the e-collar level. Think of the e-collar as a stimulus or sensation rather than a shock.
Q : Do all of your courses use the E-Collar?
A : No. The E-Collar is ONLY mandatory in the our E-Collar courses. However, it may be suggested to progress in training if needed.
Q : Where will our training sessions take place?
A : Training sessions will take place in your home unless public exposure is necessary or criteria is applicable to learn at a public area outdoors.
Q : Do you guarantee your training?
A : I guarantee my training and the results that come from it. I cannot, however, guarantee the timeframe needed to warrant those results, but can provide an estimated timeline.
Q : How will you be accepting payments?
A : We will send you an invoice through email after you call to book your course. Cash and checks will also be accepted in person as well but we recomend you pay online. All trainings must be paid for before we can start training.

Q : What is the best age to start training my dog?
A : As soon as they get all of their required shots to prevent the spread of any illness. The younger, the better!
Q : What cities do you train in?
A : I train within a 30 mile radius of Leander, Texas, which is a suburb of Austin. Anything outside of that would be insufficient for my required schedule.
